Teaching Social Skills to Better Our Community
We provide services to children, teenagers, and adults with and without diagnoses, and train our next generation of clinicians.
We use the body of scientific knowledge as our guide to the development of each client’s individuals program and we continuously monitor the client’s progress towards attaining their goals.
Client and Culturally Centered Practice
We aim to collaborate with our clients to consistently tailor our approach to incorporate their values and meet their individual goals.
Inclusive
We provide services to clients with a variety of diagnostic and presenting concerns that encompasses all forms of neurodiversity. We welcome and strive to provide a safe environment to individuals of any and all identities. Individuals of all gender identities; sexual orientations; income levels; race and ethnicities; you are valued here.
Culturally Centered Training
We aspire to provide culturally sensitive mentorship and increase the representation within the field of behavior analysis.
Integrity
Our clinicians act with integrity and honesty. We abide by our ethical and professional conduct guidelines. We place a high value on say-do correspondence (doing what we say and saying what we mean). We implement treatment protocols in the manner in which they were designed and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our outcomes.
Excellence
We aim to provide services based on the current state-of-the-science to make profound and positive differences in our clients’ lives. Through innovative research, we strive to advance the science and current clinical practices.
Compassionate
We want to make the workplace an environment that promotes personal growth. We appreciate others’ perspectives and situations when different from our own. We genuinely care about our clients’ and co-workers’ needs and strive to collaborate to achieve shared outcomes.

Recent Research Activity
Britany Beauchesne’s Masters’ thesis is now published.
Descriptive assessments are necessary to identify social norms and establish a foundation for experimental analysis. Much of the social skills intervention literature involves goals that have been selected through interviews and direct observation of behavior without a reference to desired outcomes. The purpose of the current study was to extend research on descriptive assessments of conversations by including additional measures and examining conversational behavior across contexts. These descriptive data extend current research, inform future experimental analyses, and may guide clinical decisions.
